Money value for little adventure
White apartment is okey, nothing special but nothing terrible either. Owners are very kind and thoughtful so that is a big + Otherwise you have everything you need, if you are looking for adventure in canaria and its perfect with the low price, but if you are looking for luxury holiday and stuff, its not for you.

Appartamento carino, arredamento nuovo e confortevole, dotato di tutto quello che serve per chi va in vacanza, siamo arrivati ed erano già presenti in struttura i prodotti per pulire, per lavarsi, stoviglie e persino un phon per capelli. La posizione anche è ottima poiché è vicino al centro di Las Palmas, 10 minuti, e a 400 m a piedi ci si trova già per le vie con negozi e ristoranti. Unica pecca la strada in salita e in un quartiere che sembra un po' "losco".. A parte questo tutto ok.

Muy buena estancia
El apartamento está muy bien, está situado cerca del centro (15 min andando) y está todo muy moderno y limpio. Teresa, quien recibe y te entrega las llaves, es muy agradable y ayuda en cualquier cosa. 100% recomendable.

Nice little apartment
Nice little apartment only a 10minute walk from triana. Very spacious with a fridge, microwave and hob and a good size bathroom. This apartment is perfect for couples. However the apartment got very hot and stuffy and I wouldn’t count the AC as AC. Also you can almost hear everything that goes on outside the room on the street.

Estancia Agradable.
La habitación es cómoda, limpia y agradable. El wiffi funciona bien. Las personas que lo llevan fueron amables y resolvieron cualquier duda o solicitud por mi parte. Lo único negativo, me pareció leer en el anuncio que era una habitación con vistas, y no es así, las dos ventanas que tiene dan a un patio y no se ve la calle.

Séjour agréable avec des températures avoisinant les 20/25°. Belle ville et restaurants généreux.
Appart bien équipé, propre avec tout le nécessaire. Très satisfait de pouvoir se garer gratuitement dans la rue sans risque car le stationnement à Las Palmas est un vrai problème.

no volvere ya que es una casa en una planta baja ,reformado..,la fachada deteriada... un apartamento que es un antimaño de lo normal..este piso puede servir para jovenes no para gente que busque la necesidad de alojarse ,y si cobran 40€ despues de haber dejado el lugar...segun el administrador ..ya puedes estar mas limpio que nunca porque encontrase nada mas llegar un cepillo de dientes como que no es agradable. y vista de del lado de la cama a la plaza de garaje ..elparking si gratuito en la calle.y el wifi no sirve..es verdad que esta limpio..ahora que se lo proximo que se encontran los clientes
