    Appartement très spacieux et agréable. Place de parking public toujours disponible et libre. On entend les avions depuis la terrasse mais on les oublie vite - et aucun bruit les fenêtres fermées.

    Positive: The sea view from the balcony is amazing, just as the pictures shown. And the location is ideal for me: a promenade way is under the balcony and the restaurant that we like is 3 minutes away. The apartment is clean and is spacious with two toilets. The kitchen is well facilitated with good stove and ventilation. The company’s staff is very nice and helpful. I just followed the guide he/she sent, no problem about checking in. generally, comfortable and enjoyable staying. All my families are satisfied. Negative: Just as other comments mentioned that there are planes flying over frequently during daytime. But my kid loves to see planes and at night it became quiet. So actually it is not a problem for us.

    this property was the perfect accomodation for us, since we like to stay away from the super touristy places. The balcony is amazing, spacy and well equipped, we missed though to have two more sunbeds (there are only two, and the appartment is for four people. The balcony is turning in perferct direction. You see the sun rise from the horizon, and you see the sun go down behind the mountains in the evening.

    Positive: Tolles modernes Apartment mit einer Ausstattung, wo an alles gedacht wurde. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle wichtigen Utensilien zum Kochen da. Grandioser Blick auf das Meer aus dem Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Große Terrasse mit großen Sonnenliegen und Markise. Ordentliche Möbel, großer Fernseher. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. In diesem Apartment könnte man sich auch längerfristig äußerst wohl fühlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsgesellschaft grundsätzlich einfach und gut. Internetverbindung TOP ! Für Menschen, die besonders schön wohnen, selbst kochen und auch die Wohnung viel nutzen wollen, ist diese Unterkunft perfekt ! Negative: Größere Risse in der Wand und gesamte Wohnung könnte man mal wieder malen/streichen, die Messer in der Küche waren alle stumpf (Ikea), der Lärm der Flugzeuge muss jedem bewusst sein, dafür ist man bei der Abreise schnell am Flughafen. Eincheckprozess schwierig. Obwohl "kompliziert" eingecheckt, immer wieder Nachfrage, wir sollten bitte einchecken. der Gesamtprozess ist nicht ideal. Die Umgebung ist nur schön, wenn man seine Ruhe haben will, nichts für Touristen, wenn man Restaurants, Bars oder ähnliches sucht. Die Ankündigung für was man alles bezahlen muss, wenn man "Fehler" macht ist befremdlich. (Müll vergessen, etc.).

    Lighthouse Taliart is a lovely place to stay at. Appartment was clean and well equipped. Balcony is perfect with lots of space and sun from early morning tilt evening. Since appartment is for 4 people it would be nice to have 4 sunbeds. Only thing that was not optimal was that you were not supposed to put toilet paper in toilet, and I think that should be mentioned in the description.

    Positive: L'atout numéro 1 bien sûr est la vue incroyable depuis l'immense terrasse mais aussi depuis la chambre qui donne également sur la terrasse. Pas de voiture qui passe devant l'appartement puisque seule une jolie promenade piéton sépare la résidence de l'océan. C'est lumineux et grand, le stationnement dans la rue à proximité de l'appartement n'a jamais posé problèmes. Negative: Pas grand chose qui cloche en fait pour avoir la note maximale. Le frigo galère à réfrigérer, malgré un réglage sur 2 degrés. L'isolation entre l'appartement du haut et le nôtre un peu light, mais cela tient aussi à nos voisins du dessus qui ont été un peu bruyants.

  53. Nice appartment but very loud and warm.

    The apartment was clean and very big. Also the panorama from the balcony was beautiful. However because of missing air condition the apartment got very hot during the day. Hence the fridge had cooling issues and was not working properly. Additionally it was quite loud because of the airplane traffic and thin walls. We could not enjoy our stay as much as we would have expected for that price.

    Positive: Emplacement et vue au top ! Hors des endroits bondés du Sud de l'île mais proche de tout in fine ; havre de paix en ce début de mois de mars ! Appartement en super état et très bien conçu ; top pour 4 personnes Negative: S'il fallait trouver quelque chose à redire, c'est le sifflement du vent dans la cage d'escaler lié sans doute à un problème de conception ou d'étanchéité de la porte d'entrée principale. Au bout d'un moment, ce sifflement doit devenir pénible mais s'avère supportable pour un court séjour.

    Positive: Location, location, location! If your plan is to relax, I highly recommend it. Pristine volcanic sand beaches at waking distance. Super secure town. Friendly and polite locals, the town has good local dining areas close by.Property was fully equipped, everything you think you might need, they got it cover for you. Espectacular views all the time, roomier even for European standards. Interior design and decoration on the spot. Top notch appliances in a fully equipped kitchen, down to the coffee machines. Nights on the terraza, sipping local wine was one of my favorite moments. For US tourists only: never mind they don’t have AC, you will not need it; coming from Florida, I think I know a couple of things about ACs, please don’t worry about it; sea breeze is amazing, just let it got thru… Ideal for families too!!! Negative: No comment
