Positive: Die Wohnung und Anlage sind sehr schön und uns hat es rundum gefallen. Kann man absolut empfehlen. Negative: Lediglich, die undichte Haustür hat beim Sturm ordentlich Lärm gemacht. Es pfiff den ganzen Tag durch. Und es hat der Wind wohl in die Abwasserkanalisation gepfiffen, sodass es in der Wohnung teils roch.

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel, dans une trés belle résidence au calme, sur les hauteurs, avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et sur l'océan depuis la magnifique terrasse. D'où vous pourrez profiter aussi d'un beau coucher de soleil. Il est meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de soin. Nous avons profité de la trés belle piscine, même si nous étions fin mars. Au bout de la rue, un chemin piétonnier permet d'accéder aux piscines naturelles et au port de Puerto de las Nieves où l'on trouve de nombreux restaurants.

Czysty i piękny
Positive: Przepiękny apartament w miejscowości oddalonej od wielkich hotelowych molochów z genialnym widokiem na zachód słońca! W całości wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne, aby spędzić mile urlop. Czysty, nowy, zadbany. Tylko przyjeżdżać ;-) Negative: No comment

Slightly less than expected but the view is great
Nice, modern, spacious and quiet apartment with some interesting contemporary design features. The large and perfectly situated terrace is the best part, ideal for relaxing, enjoying the view and watching sunsets. The garage is also convenient although ample parking is available nearby. The equipment of the apartment somewhat lets the place down. It is far from what we expected and the kitchenware, cutlery, glassware is more of a hostel quality from the past decade. Checking in and out is online, communication via Bookings.com and WhatsApp, receiving answers to our questions quickly. It has worked fine, apart from being slightly overwhelming and confusing in the beginning. Several messages urging me to complete the unusually detailed online check in, even well after it has been done. Nothing that can't be improved, and the view is worth it

Tolle Lage, schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung mit bester Aussicht auf Agaete, die Berge und das Meer
Positive: Wirklich tolle Lage mit kurzem Fußweg zum Meer, beste Aussicht, schöne Wohnung, modern eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. Man konnte wunderbar auf der Terrasse sitzen und einfach nur die Aussicht genießen. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter bei Fragen war einwandfrei und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Negative: Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr ´simple´. Es gab zwar eine Saftpresse aber z.B. keine Schere, (Parmesan)Reibe etc... Da könnte gerne noch nachgerüstet werden. 😀 Die Aussenbeleuchtung der Wohnanlage bei Dunkelheit war leider völlig übertrieben.

Nice modern apartment.
Positive: Very nice, well-equipped, clean and spacious apartment in a new apartment complex. The balcony with great views over the Agaete valley. Negative: Bothersome online check in procedures.
