  3. Calida Precio Muy Bien

    En general, todo ha sido bien. Las cosas q pueden mejorar es poner más prechas en el armario q solo había dos y no hay donde colgar ropa y toallas. La aplicación para el acceso no es tan sencilla, y me costó tres días hasta q supe q la habitación abre x dentro sin usar la app. porq nadie había avisado. La zona de la propiedad no es la ideal para turistas, pero si tienes coche aparcar es fácil y gratis. También está a 15m bajando la montaña a pie hacia la zona comercial .

  7. Decepcionante

    Piso con 3 habitaciones, cocina y baño desastroso, convivencia fatal, el cuarto estaba decente, el primer día no nos funcionaba la luz y la nevera echaba agua por fuera; el segundo día esto lo solucionaron… Solo lo recomiendo si únicamente necesitas dormir ahí, nada más.

  9. No lugar serio.

    No me gusto el sitio y además piden una fianza de 100€ que dicen que te devuelven de inmediato y después de dos diAs para que me devuelvan la fianza encima me mandan un wassap todos chulitos diciéndome que tenían más de 20 números de teléfono y que no podían estar al tanto de todos ellos…(yo obviamente sólo tenía un número,no los 20),con lo cual me quedo de piedra ya que los inquilinos no sabemos nada de la organización del apartamento.Veo muy poca organización y el apartamento muy normalito,no se los demás ,pero el mío y ls fotos de booking no se parecía en nada.Ni repetiré y tampoco lo recomendare.Gracias!

  11. Buen alojamiento!

    Es un buen alojamiento por el precio que tiene. La señora que nos atendió fue muy maja y amable. Esta un poco arriba, pero si tienes coche no hay problema. Siempre encontramos aparcamiento. La empresa que lo gestiona, Sleepways, nos dejó renovar 2 noches mas sin coste adicional, ademas de un servicio bastante rápido. Recomiendo este alojamiento si tienes un budget reducido, repetiria.

    El apartamento esta muy bien comunicado con las lineas de guaguas, la estación de san telmo se encuentra aproximadamente a unos 15 minutos andando. Habitación muy limpia y bien repuesta de enseres como toallas, mantas, papel higiénico, etc.

  19. Shared facilities

    We did not realise when we made this booking that we would share the bathroom/ toilet and the kitchen/ diner with people in two other rooms. If you like sharing facilities this is a good place for you. The only other problem we had was that when we arrived as planned in the middle of the night at 01:30 am, there was no-one to meet us and no instructions how to get in. It was a bad moment. We asked a young couple on the other side of the road if they could help. By an extraordinary chance they knew the owner of the building and had a key to get in.

    Nie polecam. Wspólna łazienka na 3 pokoje (wiecznie zajęta). Nikt na terenie obiektu nie mówił nawet komunikatywnie w języku angielskim, co uniemożliwiało jakąkolwiek komunikację. Gdyby nie translator polsko-hiszpański, pewnie by nas tam nie wpóściili. Okolica cudowna codzienne interwencje policji, a sąsiedzi wyglądali jak na warunkowym. Bez noża nie wychodźcie. Daje 2 gwiazdki tylko dlatego, że pokój był czysty i po remoncie. Gospodyni (starsza Pani, bardzo miła i przyjazna, lecz zaopatrzcie się w tłumacz) inaczej nic nie załatwicie. Najważniejsze: TO NIE JEST PRYWATNY APARTAMENT!!!, tylko hostel.
