Estancia agradable
La estancia fue muy buena , al principio nos costó para entrar pero nos pusimos en contacto con la encargada de la estancia y super rápido todo . Todo muy limpio y el sitio super tranquilo . Me volveré a quedarme en el futuro me encantó

Comfy private room, great value for money
Highly recommended for those who want a comfy private room with fridge and desk. Tge kitchen and shower were great as well. Very responsive professional host and at the same time you have all the privacy as it is managed professionally and you don't need to meet the host.

smoking rooms only , you have to pay 100€ BEFORE you even enter the building , aggressive owners
Rooms smell very smoky, owners allow smoking in the rooms, if you like another room they want to charge another 15€ for cleaning, forced additional pament before you are even allowed to enter the building (if you deny to pay to an unknown address with british,german, and spanisch telefonnumber your reservation is gone without compensation), rude owners yelling at you to shut up and ask you to leave the room (of course you still have to pay for the room), keep valuables out of your room because the owners will get into your room anytime without asking you, Website for payment faulty ..if you choose a wrong language (you have to choose english) you cant proceed.I reported the problem but the owners don´t care. It took me 30 min to fill out different registration websites to be allowed tro enter my room

Good small room for two.( 16m2 ). Refrigerator and Small cabinet for your clothing. No english speaking, i have to use translators app. Short trip to buss and shops near by.

there was very pretty but not very good bathroom. everything else was ok. She staff who were an older woman were so nice and helpful

Buena localización y comunicación con autopistas
El apartamento está muy bien situado si quieres visitar el resto de la isla. Está muy cerca del centro, a unos minutos de Vegueta. Es muy limpio y acogedor. Las habitaciones están muy bien! Nos sorprendieron gratamente la nevera y la smart TV.
