Wir hatten fünf wunderbare Tage in diesem traumhaften Haus! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und besonders die riesigen Fenster geben eine schöne Aussicht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes altkanarisches Haus
Positive: Sehr schönes, geräumiges altkanarisches Haus in toller Aussichtslage. Sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit zwei bequemen Sitzecken. Zwei gut ausgestattete Badezimmer, große Küche mit Spülmaschine, Herd und Mikrowelle. Schöne Terrasse. Negative: Die Betten im Schlafzimmer Erdgeschoss waren unbequem und knarrten bei jeder Bewegung. Geschirr in der Küche nicht ausreichend und Pfannen ebenfalls nicht mehr wirklich in Ordnung.

Worth the price!
Positive: Beautiful location, scenery and one hell of a house!! Lovely area to sunbathe and had some mint games of guess who. Would’ve loved to stay longer and make use of all facilities. Loved the cactus patch and the view from the living room window! Negative: Only cons were that we had to re-wash the plates/cups that we wanted to use and that there was no wooden spoon (felt wrong to use a metal spatula on a nonstick pan as we didn’t want to damage) other than that it was perfect.

This is the first time I have ever stayed in a property for two weeks and had no communication at all from either the owner or the agent. As it happened we are experienced travellers so this did not matter to us, but it might be important for some travellers.

Positive: Bardzo klimatyczny dom z dużym potencjalem. Bardzo przestronny w jego dolnej czesci. Super do spędzania długich wieczorów przy grillu. W ciekawej górzystej lokalizacji. Super miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek z dala od zgiełku miast. Negative: Tylko jedna restauracja w zasięgu 30-40 minutowego spaceru, na dodatek zamknięta podczas naszego pobytu. Nie mniej można zjechać samochodem do miasteczka ok. 10 minut.

A wonderful stay with our family.
Positive: We really appreciated the size of the property which is very large and airy.The floor to ceiling windows in the lounge area give a superb panorama. Negative: There really wasn't much to dislike, other than the dishwasher didn't seem to be very efficient - so we didn't use it after the first time. ... but washing up by hand is fine !

Wunderschön
Positive: Sehr groß und geräumig, toller Ausblick, sauber und große Zimmer. Negative: Die Beleuchtung ist etwas dunkel, sodass es abends etwas düster ist. Der Anmeldeprozess ist sehr kompliziert und hat uns bei der Schlüsselübergabe große Probleme bereitet. Es gibt keinen persönlichen Kontakt vor Ort. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön aber dieses Prozedere ist sehr nervig und langwierig.

Positive: Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat eine hervorragende Austattung. Gut gefallen hat uns, als dass wir seitens der Unterkunft nach dem alleinigen Checkin sofort kontaktiert wurden um zu fragen, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Positive: La casa tiene de todo, todo limpio, camas cómodas, sábanas suaves. Nos encantó la zona de jardín, la barbacoa, tenían muchos detalles. Totalmente preparada para grupos. Muchas gracias. I spend a month in october. Nice place, but you need a car to reach it. This is not a typical tourist region and you live next door to very friendly locals. The big garden is fantastic and the house has many large windows with fantastic scenic views. I had some small problems with the electricity and the sleepways team was very responsive and organized an electrician for the next working day and gifted me a free mid-vacation cleaning. Things like this can happen and it was handled very well. The house is placed in nature, so ants and small lizards may visit you in the house. Both can be kept under control , as long as you do not leave food outside of sealed containers or the fridge. The information on Airbnb should mention that no papers are to be placed in the toilet and that the fireplace in the living room is not allowed to be used. The check-in was a bit tedious since the partees platform is required, which has bugs and has questionable privacy terms. I hope to come to back!

Alloggio bene arredato e in magnifica posizione, strade di accesso strette. Nell'annuncio è scritto camino ornato, all'arrivo abbiamo scoperto che era da intendere da ornamento, vietandone l'uso; sempre nell'annuncio non era segnalato il divieto di gettare la carta igienica nel water, con l'obbligo di depositarla in un piccolo contenitore. La lavatrice, alzando la maniglia non si apriva e solo dopo vari tentativi esercitando contemporaneamente una forte pressione sul coperchio si è aperta. Nel frattempo avevamo avvisato l'Host, il quale per il camino e la carta igienica ha risposto che era normale e per la lavatrice, dopo vari messaggi, ha inviato un incaricato, arrivato nel momento che avevamo risolto il problema. La reazione dell'Host non è stata gentile. La mattina la cucina era invasa dalle formiche : nel pane riposto nel portapane in dotazione, nel frigorifero, in tutti gli alimenti. Abbiamo avvisato l'Host che lasciavamo la casa, la risposta è stata "poco gentile".

Lo único que no me gusto es que no son flexibles con la salida a pesar de ofrecer pagar un poco más. Y que no te dan acceso a pesar de aceptar la reserva si no envías toda la documentación de los viajeros, lo cual en algunos casos mientras viajas sobre todo si no llegan todos juntos es complicado. Primera vez que me pasa, con Airbnb. Por lo demás la casa muy linda y cómoda. Zona muy tranquila y alejada de todo.

Negative: Faltan pequeños detalles como que la barbacoa no esté cubierta, no encontramos útiles para la barbacoa y un par de colchones no eran demasiado cómodos. Además el contacto a través de una agencia es un poco lioso y pierde la relación personal con la persona que te recibe.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in den Bergen mit geringfügigen Verbesserungspotenzial
Positive: Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr schönes Haus mit großen Fenstern und Blick auf‘s Meer Negative: Das Einfahrtstor musste manuell aufgeschoben werden, was in der Kurve und enger Straße beim einparken ein sehr abenteuerliches Unterfangen war! Der Kamin war leider nur Deko und durfte nicht genutzt werden! Zwei Sonnenliegen waren durchgerostet und für zwei Plastikliegen fehlten die Auflagen. Im oberen Badezimmer war der Abluss un dicht. Die Handtuchheizung heizt leider nicht! Ein Toaster wäre praktisch gewesen und Gesellschaftsspiele nett. Es gab nur 4 Kaffeetassen und 3 Weingläser! Auch Teller waren Mangelware, so dass man den Geschirrspüler jeden Tag anmachen musste! Wir waren 4 Erwachsene! Es gab ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und zwei Kinderzimmer mit je zwei kindgerechten Einzelbetten! Für zwei Erwachsene nicht angenehm, darin zu schlafen! Es stand einiges unnützes Zeug, wie z. B ein leeres Aquarium im Zimmer herum.

Oasis with ocean-view
The house and the garden absolutely fulfilled our expectations. We looked forward to "coming home" every time; the large living room, the kitchen and the terrace are very cosy to spend time together. As surfers, we also appreciated the proximity to the waves in the north. And the quietness at night and during the day is a dream, as well as the ocean-view. We can absolutely recommend it!

This is a lovely place in a tranquil environment. The views are spectacular. Although not by a town, Las Palmas is only a 13 minute drive away and Moya just up the road. The beds are great although the downstairs room could do with some new mattresses. We had a lovely stay.

Positive: No comment Negative: No hay agua caliente si no hay sol. Agua muy muy fría y la vitro, de los 4 fuegos 3 hay que encenderlos pulsando con un paño húmedo. Avisas a cualquier número de contacto y no te solucionan nada, se hacen los locos. Luego no te equivoques con la hora de salida porque los 100€ de fianza los pierdes. Además saca fotos si ves algo en mal estado porque la casera te va a reclamar y no te descontará nada por los problemas que tengas por mala preparación de la vivienda al no estar preparada para el alquiler .

Positive: ein tolles , sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick aus dem riesigen Panoramafenster, von den Terassen und aus dem Garten, ein Parkplatz steht auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, hat dadurch, dass es nicht zu hoch liegt meistens gutes Wetter, Negative: die Abbiegung von der Hauptstraße war nicht gut zu finden, bitte ein Hinweisschild aufstellen, das lag aber auch an unserem Navi, leider gab es in der Küche rechts der Spüle viele kleine Ameisen
